Rustic Calm in the Heart of Gangnam — Tour à Tour, Seoul

In the middle of Gangnam’s fast pace, there’s a quiet corner that feels like you’ve stepped into a small European village:
Tour à Tour — part bakery, part coffee shop, all cozy.

🍞 The Atmosphere

From the moment you walk inside, Tour à Tour feels like a rustic countryside bakery — soft, golden lighting, vintage shelves, exposed stone walls, wooden beams, and warm pottery lining every corner.
The space is not very big but full of charm, like a cozy kitchen you’ve been invited into. Wooden baking tools hang on the walls, open bread displays filled with freshly baked loaves, small antique drawers, ceramic cups, and copper pans create a warm, lived-in vibe. The staff works behind the counter, slicing bread and preparing everything by hand — simple, unhurried, intentional. It’s not one of those modern minimal cafés. Instead, it’s romantic, almost like a little European film set inside Seoul.

🍲 The Sweet Pumpkin Soup (Must-Try)

While their breads and pastries are popular, what surprised me most was the sweet pumpkin soup — incredibly smooth, naturally sweet, perfectly balanced.
The color alone — bright golden orange — looks like autumn poured into a bowl. Paired with warm toasted bread and a creamy latte, it’s the kind of simple meal that leaves you quietly happy.

Tour à Tour isn’t about viral interiors or crowded photo spots. It’s about comfort, care, and slow mornings.
This is the kind of hidden place that fits perfectly into quiet Seoul days — soft conversations, warm bread, and simple beautiful details. Come early if you want to grab a corner seat by the window — it’s the best spot for slow coffee and people-watching.
